The potential route modification proposed at the Planning Commission is now not being considered and no new landowners are required to be modified. They are having trouble coming to an agreement with one landowner and are considering routing around the property. The new landowners that would be affected have been included in the notifications either based on proximity or because they are already being crossed in another location, and ONEOK's land agents are currently in negotiations with these landowners. The change begins at the Laramie WY/Weld County border. It is shown as the orange line on the attached figure. We will be prepared to provide an update on easement status during today's planning commission meeting.
