RE: Division of Child Welfare - South County Visitation Services (B 1800136)
The Department has received four (4) bid responses for Request for Bid (RFB) bid number B1800136, for
South County Visitation Services. Of the four (4) responses received, the Department has determined that
one (1) was not appropriate. The remaining three (3) bids submitted qualified but did not fully meet the
requirements set forth in the RFB. We are requesting approval to reject the bid at this time and negotiate
individually with the entities for partial services, as needed.
