RE : ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN STREETS IN ARISTOCRAT RANCHETTES
SUBDIVISION, 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD FILINGS INTO THE COUNTY
ROAD SYSTEM FOR MAINTENANCE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision is located in
Weld County, Colorado, and certain streets in this Subdivision
were accepted for dedication by Resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners on the following dates : 1st Filing - June 14 , 1961;
2nd Filing - February 20, 1963; and 3rd Filing - March 13, 1964 ,
and
WHEREAS, certain of the platted streets have been constructed
by the subdivider in accordance with the requirements of the above
mentioned Resolutions, which provide that "the County of Weld will
undertake maintenance of roads, streets, and rights-of-way after
they have been constructed by the subdivider, not the County of
Weld" , and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services of Weld County,
Colorado has recommended that Weld County accept portions of
the following streets which have been constructed by the sub-
divider in accordance with the above-mentioned Resolution not
to exceed four miles:
1. Woodruff Street between Caroline to
County Road No. 16.
2. Hart Street between County Road No. 18
and County Road No. 16.
3. Richard Street between County Road No. 18
and County Road No. 16.
4 . Harold Street between County Road No. 18
and County Road No. 16.
The Board of County Commissioners has further requested that
study continue on the remainder of the roads in the Aristocrat
Ranchettes Subdivision before they are accepted by the Board of
County Commissioners.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above described
streets located in Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision, be, and the
same hereby are, added to the County Road System for full mainten-
ance from and after this date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said Board that further study be
made on the remainder of the roads in the Aristocrat Ranchettes
Subdivision before they are accepted by the Board of County Com-
missioners into Weld County' s road system.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
January, A.D. , 1978.
