RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO CHILD PROTECTION
CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS vacancies currently exist on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kathryn Kenecke, replacing Nicolas True, be
appointed, and Elli Rathbun be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Kathryn Kenecke, and reappoint
Elli Rathbun, to said board, with terms to expire March 4, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Kathryn Kenecke and Elli Rathbun be, and hereby are, appointed
and reappointed to the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, with terms to expire March 4,
2021.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 14th day of May, A.D., 2018.
