RESOLUTION
RE: ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS FROM ROTH SUBDIVISION INTO THE
COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM FOR MAINTENANCE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Roth Subdivision is located in Weld County,
Colorado, and the streets in this Subdivision were accepted for
dedication by Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners on
July 23, 1969 , in accordance with Section 1. 3. 3 of the Weld
County Construction Standards, and
WHEREAS , upon inspection of the streets by the Engineering De-
partment, there are no apparent deficiencies , and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering of Weld County,
Colorado, has recommended that Weld County accept all of said
streets for full maintenance and be added to the County Road
System, which streets are as follows:
Brian Avenue 80 ' wide . 26 mile m/1
Gaylin Avenue 60 ' wide . 28 mile m/1
Steven Street 60 ' wide . 30 mile m/1
Rodney Street 60 ' wide . 39 mile m/1
TOTAL MILES 1. 23 miles m/1
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above described
streets located in Roth Subdivision be, and the same hereby are,
added to the County Road System for full maintenance from and
after this date as graveled roads.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of
August, A.D. , 1977.

Subject: Acceptance of Street On Or Before
Maintenance in Roth Subdivision
A request for acceptance of maintenance of streets in Roth
Subdivision has been made by Mr. Roth .
Dedication of the streets in Roth Subdivision was accepted
by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners dated
July 23 , 1969 . Said streets were installed several years
ago by the developer but until now no request had been made
to accept same for maintenance .
Inspection of the streets has been made by this office and
there are no apparent deficiencies at this time; therefore,
I recommend that all streets within Roth Subdivision be accepted
for maintenance and be added to the Weld County Road system
as graveled roads
