To Whom It May Concern:
In order for Shawn Wiant to comply with the above#referenced section for
notification of mineral estate owners required prior to the date of the public heating, I
have researched the mineral estate owners entitled to notification for the following
property located in Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Lot A of Recorded Exemption No. 1473~22-4-•RE2702, recorded July 19,
2000, at Reception No. 2781501, being a part of the South Half of Section
22, Township 1. North, Range 65 West of the 66 P.M. (the " ''ronerty").
I reviewed the following records in conjunction with my search: 1) Land Title
Guarantee Company Property Information Binder FCIF 25157758 (" Property Report")
dated May 10, 2018 and all referenced underlying documents; phone conversation
with Mickey, a Representative from Weld County Assessor's Office on May 14, 2018;
and 3) review of oil and gas production map for the South Half of Section 22, Township
1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.I. on website for Colorado Oil and Gas
Conservation Commission.
