SUBJECT: Tandem Axle Truck Tractors, Bid B1800113
The Public Works Department recommends awarding the bid to the lowest bidder, McCandless Truck Center,
for five 2019 International HX Tandem Axle Truck Tractors.
The base price of the trucks is $129,254.00.
Option 3 (Manuals) is available at no cost for 3 years. In the fourth year, fees will apply and the service will be
discontinued.
The cost for five Tandem Axle Truck Tractors with Option 3 is $646,270.00.
There is $675,000 budgeted for this purchase.
