RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING REPLACEMENT ROAD MAINTENANCE
COLLATERAL REGARDING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR-1767 - KONIG
AG COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Replacement Road Maintenance
Collateral Regarding Use by Special Review Permit, USR-1767 for Konig Ag Company, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 2nd day of April, 2018, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to May 7, 2018 to allow for a work
session to discuss the policy concerning road maintenance collateral.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 7, 2018,
at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 2nd day of April, A.D., 2018.
