SEPTIC NARRATIVE USR APPLICATION REQUIREMENT- PRE -APP #18-0113 MAKENA GAS PLANT— LOCATED IN THE EAST % OF SE % OF 525, T8N, R62W Makena Gas Plant will be located on the west side of CR 85 about a half mile south of Hwy 14. CR 85 is an unmaintained Weld County road. During Construction of the Makena Gas Plant, portable toilets will be used per OSHA requirements. After site grading is finished, a site and soils evaluation will be done in the area of the leach field. An engineered design and plan will be submitted with the Weld County OWTS permit application. A septic system will be permitted and installed before the plant is operational.
