QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED is dated October 25, 2017 by and from Anadarko E&P Onshore
LLC, formerly Anadarko E&P Company LP ("Grantor") to Anadarko E&P Onshore LLC
("Grantee"), whose address is 109918''' St., Suite 1800, Denver Colorado 80202.
WHEREAS Grantor acquired title to certain property ("Property") in the N/2 of Section 2,
Township 3 North, Range 66 West of the 66 P.M., County of Weld, State of Colorado by, and as
more particularly described in, Special Warranty Deed from Butterball, LLC dated October 18,
2011 and recorded October 21, 2011 at Reception No. 3800350 of the Weld County records;
and
WHEREAS Grantor subsequently subdivided the Property into Lot A and Lot B as
evidenced by Recorded Exemption No. 1211-2-1 RECX13-0096, which appears of record at
Reception No. 4013414 of the Weld County records; and
WHEREAS, as a condition to issuing a building permit on or for the Property, the terms
of the Recorded Exemption and the Weld County Planning Department require the submission
of a recorded deed describing the Lot upon which the building permit is requested, including
the applicable Lot designation and Recorded Exemption number; and
WHEREAS this Quitclaim Deed is being executed, delivered and recorded for such
purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, has remised, released, sold and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise,
release, sell and quitclaim unto Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the right, title
interest, claim and demand which Grantor has in and to the real property, together with
improvements, if any, situated, lying and being in the County of Weld, Colorado more
particularly described as follows:
Lot A of Recorded Exemption RECX13-0096 Part of the North Half of Section 2, Township
3 North, Range 66 West of the Eft' P.M., according to the Map recorded May 2, 2014 at
Reception No. 4013414, County of Weld, State of Colorado.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and
privileges thereunto belonging, or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and al! the estate, right
title, interest and claim whatsoever of the Granter, either in taw or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.

THIS DEED, dated as of October j, 2011, between BUTTERBALL, LLC, a North Carolina

WITNESS, that Grantor, for the consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained, said and conveyed, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Grantee, forever, all the real property, together with
improvements situate, lying and being in the County of Weld, and State of Colorado, described as

BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION; THENCE EAST

same; provided such surface use shall not unreasonaty interfere with the use and enjoyment of the
Property by the fee owners and their tenants; f
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described, with the
appurtenances, unto the Grantee, their successors and assigns forever. Grantor, for itself, its
successors and assigns, does covenant and agree that it shalt and will WARRANT AND FOREVER
DEFEND the above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the Grantee, their
successors and assigns, against all and every person or persons claiming the whole or any part
thereof, by, through or under the Grantor, except for and subject to the "Permitted Exceptions:
which shall mean (i) real property taxes for 2011 and subsequent years, a lien, not yet due and
payable; (it) any matter of record or not of record that in any way affects title to the applicable
parcel of Property which resulted from the acts or omissions of Grantee; and (iii) the reservations,
exceptions, easements, rights of way, restrictive covenants, conditions and other matters listed as
Permitted Exceptions on Exhibit A attached hereto.

QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED is dated October 25, 2017 by and from Anadarko E&P Onshore
LLC, formerly Anadarko E&P Company LP ("Grantor") to Anadarko E&P Onshore LLC
("Grantee"), whose address is 1099 18th St., Suite 1800, Denver Colorado 80202.
WHEREAS Grantor acquired title to certain property (Property") in the N/2 of Section 2,
Township 3 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., County of Weld, State of Colorado by, and as
more particularly described in, Special Warranty Deed from Butterball, LLC dated October 15,
2011 and recorded October 21, 2011 at Reception No. 3800350 of the Weld County records;
and
WHEREAS Grantor subsequently subdivided the Property into Lot A and Lot B as
evidenced by Recorded Exemption No. 1211-2-1 RECX13-0096, which appears of record at
Reception No. 4013414 of the Weld County records; and
WHEREAS, as a condition to issuing a building permit on or for the Property, the terms
of the Recorded Exemption and the Weld County Planning Department require the submission
of a recorded deed describing the Lot upon which the building permit is requested, including
the applicable Lot designation and Recorded Exemption number; and
WHEREAS this Quitclaim Deed is being executed, delivered and recorded for such
purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars {$10.00}
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, has remised, released, sold and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise;. -
release, sell and quitclaim unto Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the right, title
interest, claim and demand which Grantor has in and to the real property, together with
improvements, if any, situated, lying and being in the County of Weld, Colorado more
particularly described as follows:
