The Board having carefully considered the report of the viewers herein,as well as the objections made thereto,and finding the report correct us to
form,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
end adopted,and the rend therein described and recommended by the viewers be and in hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the road,draw warrants in favor of parties for damogea awarded,and muse notices to he posted of opening of said road,and notify the
Road Overseer of proper District to open the same to travel in sixty days as required by lam.

land owners having signed this petition or said right of way

We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described, and
we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us
each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld. , the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give the right of way through
our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof.
