RE: Consent to Assign Oil & Gas Lease

To Whom It May Concern:
Aztec Exploration, LLC (Aztec) has executed an Assignment of Oil & Gas Leases, recorded at Reception
No. 4418986, whereby they have agreed to sell and assign one hundred percent (100%) of its right, title,
and interest in and to the Oil & Gas Lease recorded at Reception No. 4401288 to DPOC, LLC, whose
address is 1400 le St., Suite 300, Denver, CO 80202.
Pursuant to the Oil and Gas Lease, your consent is required in order to permit Aztec to convey its
interest. Aztec respectfully requests your consent to sell and assign its interest in the Oil and Gas Lease
covering the following lands:
Township 7 North, Range 63 West, 6th P.M.
Section 23: SE1/4
Please evidence your consent by executing in the space provided below. Please return the original fully
executed letter to my attention in the enclosed pre -paid envelope. Should you have any questions, please
