RESOLUTION
RE: INSTALLATION OF A WATER LINE AND WATER TAP TO THE WELD
COUNTY MISSLE PARK.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of, Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, are vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the following final costs have been submitted con-
cerning the installation of the water line and water tap to the
Weld County Missle Park:
Right-of-way & raw water $ 7,500.00
Main line share 10 ,601. 51
Plant investment fee for 1" tap 1,470 . 00
Total cost $ 19 ,571. 51
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the above costs for the
installation of the water line and water tap to the Weld County
Missle Park be, and the same are hereby approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
March, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 14th day of March, A.D. , 1977.
