I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 26, 2018, and duly published June 29,
2018, in the Greeley Tribune, public hearings were conducted August 2, 2018, with a quorum of
the following Commissioners being present at each of said hearings:

El Weld County Assessor, Christopher Woodruff, summarized the property tax appeal process
and detailed the current market appraisal dynamics.
El At the request of the property owners, Commissioner Conway moved to Administratively
Deny various accounts and to approve the Stipulation Agreements for the various accounts, as
submitted by Assessor Woodruff on Exhibit A to the Final Determination Resolution. Seconded
by Commissioner Kirkmeyer, the motion carried unanimously.

Assessor Woodruff thanked the Board of Equalization for their consideration and made
closing remarks. The Board each, in -turn, expressed their gratitude to Assessor Woodruff and the
Assessor's Office Staff.
There being no further discussion, the hearing was adjourned at 10:22 a.m.
