My firm represents the Town of Pierce (the "Town"). I am writing to indicate
the Town's intent to annex certain real property owned by Rimrock Energy Partners
("Rimrock") into the Town. At the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held
February 12, 2018, the Board unanimously voted to approve the annexation of land
owned by Rimrock in Section 21, Township 8 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.,
located in Weld County.
The Town looks forward to working with you in the coming annexation
process, and to having a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Rimrock on this
