It is recommended the low bid be accepted and awarded to Capital Business for a Ricoh Pro
C7210SX production color copier in the amount of $57,685.00 on bid B1800146. This price
includes the following options:
o Document Feeder/Scanner
o Large By -Pass Tray (prints up to 13" x 49.6" banner size)
o Finisher with Booklet Maker
o Fiery and Spectrophotometer
o Graphics Package
o Profiler and Profiler Subscriptions
o White and Clear Capabilities
It is recommended the low bid be accepted and awarded to Capital Business for a Xante En -press
system for $13,000 for envelope printing on bid B1800147. This machine would also allow
printing of other specialty items, such as
o pocket folders
o file folders
o larger envelopes
o padded envelopes
o magnets.
In 2017, Weld County paid a total of $10,333.70 and $6,141.50 as of August 2018 to an outside
vendor for envelope printing. The purchase of this machine would allow Weld County to print
envelopes in-house and save an average of 71%.
