The committee shall study the relations of the existing hospital, mental
health and public health board, their sub-structures and services as to
efficiencies, economies and effectiveness. This conmiittee shall study
with the Safety Committee the opezition of embutince service and Coroner
as well as detention of the mentally ill.
The cannittee shall study relationships with needs of the Welfare
(Social Services) and Hunan Relations Committee for health services.
If C1larter proposals should be considered, recommendations should include
what changes are reconmiended from the present Board structures in the
fields of health. 1.1
