The title opinion shows the information that is in requests 2 & 4.
4 If available, a letter sized copy of the plat reflecting the complete spacing unit with Weld County's mineral
interest outlined and highlighted related to the division order Also, please provide all acreage labels necessary
to support the calculations used to arrive at the County's royalty interest
I sent this request to our GIS department, attached is what they sent back. The tracts that Weld County owns in are
described as follows:

Section 9 The West 520 feet of the Town of Mead Subdivision, a plat of which is recorded at Reception No 108433, which lands
were vacated by an instrument dated March 6, 1907, recorded April 1, 1907, in Book 258 on page 45, at Reception No 118381,
containing 18 6226 acres, more or less, said lands are currently known as Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, Block 13, Lots 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11,
13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, Block 17, and Outlot "A", Eberl Replat, a plat of which is recorded at Reception No 1657337, together with
the entire 80 foot width of 6th Street, and the entire 20 foot width of the alley lying adjacent to said Lots 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17,
19, 21, 23, Block 17, Eberl Replat, also together with the North 40 feet of Welker Avenue lying adjacent to said lands,
