Description of Business Services
Landline Phone Service Includes:
➢ Unlimited Local Phone Service
Name and Number Caller ID (You must have a Caller ID compatible phone or box)
• Voice Mail (Answering machines will need to be disconnected)
• Call Waiting
• Call Forwarding
▪ Continuous Redial
• 300 minutes of domestic Long Distance per month. (NOTE: Because our normal toll
cycle goes from the 16th of the month thru the 15th of the following month, your 300
minutes of Long Distance will be prorated the first month based on your first date of
service. **Any additional minutes over and above 300 will be billed at 10 cents a
minute state -to -state (Interstate) and 14 cents a minute in -state (Intrastate). ***At this
time, we do NOT have a way of notifying you of your current usage, so each customer
will be responsible for monitoring his/her Long Distance usage.

Terms of Service
1. Customers are required to provide reasonable care of the Fiber -to -the -Home (FTTH)
equipment. FTTH equipment that is damaged by misuse is the responsibility of the
customer. Customer understands that he/she is responsible for the cost of repair or
replacement of all damaged FTTH equipment. FTTH equipment that fails under normal
use will be repaired or replaced by Nunn Telephone Company (NTC).
2. Installation of FTTH service is limited to the installation and testing of the optical
networking equipment at the customer premise. If requested by the customer,
installation personnel will attempt to install the service on the customer's computer.
Customer agrees, however, to hold harmless Nunn Telephone Company or its agents for
any software or hardware problems which may occur with customer -owned computers
or other equipment during or after installation of the FTTH service.
3. After the initial install, any additional wiring is the responsibility of the customer.
Customer understands that any new customer equipment or upgrades to customer's
equipment that is required to install FTTH service is the responsibility of the customer to
provide at the customer's expense.
4. The FTTH service provided is intended for the exclusive use of the customer and may
not be shared, resold or otherwise distributed to any other person or entity not included
in the customer's personal household or business. Any violation of this provision will
result in the immediate termination of the FTTH service and, at the option of Nunn
Telephone Company, additional legal action as permitted under applicable laws.
5. All internet support services provided by Golden West Technologies (GWT) that are
included in the Nunn Telephone Company Fiber -to -the -Home service offering are
subject to the terms and conditions of said company and agree to be bound by those
terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Terms: I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all the above
terms and conditions relating to the provision of Nunn Telephone Company Fiber -to -
the -Home service.

Landline Features and Instructions
Voice Mail - Voice Mail will store your incoming messages while you are on the phone or
away from home. A stuttered dial tone will alert you to messages that have been left. *Please
remember you can dial out over the stuttered dial tone and retrieve your messages later. Simply
dial *96 to retrieve messages while at home. The voice prompts will lead you through this
process. You are also able to access messages while away from home by dialing (970) 897 -
MAIL (6245). The voice prompt will ask for your mailbox, which is your 7 -digit phone
number. It will then ask for your password, which will default to 0000 on new accounts, but
will ask you to change.
Call Waiting - A short tone signals that another person is trying to call you when you are on the
phone. You can put one call on hold while handling the second call, or alternate between the
two.
To Use Call Waiting: When you hear a short tone, quickly press and release the receiver
button on your phone. Answer the second call. To return to the first call, or alternated
between calls, quickly press and release the receiver button each time. You may also
answer the waiting call by hanging up and waiting for the phone to ring. To cancel
either call, simply hang up. When your phone rings again, you'll be connected with the
person who's still on the line.
Continuous Redial - Continuous Redial save time, energy, and annoyance by constantly
checking a busy number for 30 minutes and ringing you back as soon as a connection can be
made. It can be used from multiple calls, with Caller ID displaying which number is ringing
back to you.
Call Forwarding - To Use Call Forwarding:
1. Listen for the dial tone on your phone and dial *72
2. When you hear a second dial tone, dial the number that you want the calls to forward to.
If that phone is answered, all calls will be forwarded.
3. If the line is busy or no one answers, hang up and repeat steps 1 and 2. Two quick tones
means Call Forwarding is working.
4. To check that your calls are forwarded, dial *72. A busy signal tells you Call
Forwarding is in effect.

5. Remove Call Forwarding by dialing *73. Two quick tones followed by a dial tone
means your calls are no longer being forwarded.
