RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENT TO HUMAN SERVICES
ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Human Services Advisory Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Cynthia Horn, Adam Turk and Lisa Taylor as designees, all with terms to expire December 31,
2021, and Pres Montoya be appointed to said board as the Private Sector representative, with a
term to expire December 31, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Cynthia Horn, Adam Turk, and Lisa Taylor, be, and hereby are,
reappointed, and that Pres Montoya be appointed to the Human Services Advisory Commission,
with terms to expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of December, A.D., 2018.
