RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado
Medical Center will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Catherine Davis to Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with a term to expire
January 31, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Catherine Davis be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of Trustees
for North Colorado Medical Center, with a term to expire January 31, 2021.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 10th day of January, A.D., 2018.
