PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED f/ THIS INDENTURE, made this day of !�%c,7/ , 1977, between Florencio Martinez as Personal Representativof'the Estate of Lee Martinez, Deceased, party of the first part, and Anthony Martinez, of the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, party of the second part, Witnesseth that WHEREAS, Florencio Martinez, the duly -appointed Personal Rep- resentative in said Estate was appointed by Letters dated Decem- ber 3, 1975; and WHEREAS, the Grantee is not the Personal Representative's spouse, agent, or attorney or corporation, or trust in which the Personal Representative has a beneficial interest, and that this deed is not a part of a transaction which is affected by a con- flict of interest on the part of the Personal Representative. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the proper use, benefit and behoove of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
