A public hearing was conducted on July 25, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Steve Moreno, Chair
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Sean P. Conway
Commissioner Julie A. Cozad
Commissioner Mike Freeman
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
LI hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 9, 2018, and duly published July 12,
2018, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing, PCSC18-0007, was conducted to consider
revocation of Use by Special Review Permit, USR17-0063, for an Agricultural Service
Establishment primarily engaged in performing agricultural, animal husbandry or horticultural
services on a fee or contract basis, including sorting, grading, and packing fruits and vegetables
for the grower and for uses similar to the uses listed as Uses by Special Review as long as the
uses comply with the general intent of the A (Agricultural) Zone District (parking, staging and
storage of commercial vehicles and equipment and the trucking of agricultural products including
meat, dairy and produce) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Frank Haug, Assistant County
Attorney, made this a matter of record. He noted for the record that the USR has been vacated
and as a result of the vacation, there is no action that the Board can take against it because it is
non-existent. In response to Chair Moreno, Mr. Haug clarified this prompts a call to dismiss this
hearing.
Commissioner Conway moved to dismiss the Show Cause Hearing, PCSC18-0007, based
on the vacation of Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR17-0063. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Freeman, and it carried unanimously.
There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:02 a.m.
