HomeMy WebLinkAbout20183902.tiff REP SEVERANCE COMPRESSION FACILITY - USR WATER SUPPLY INFORMATION The REP Severance Compression Facility will be an unmanned station with no existing improvements on the 120-acre parcel, there is no intention at this time to put a public water source on the property. A bottled water service will be provided for the facility on site as the proposed use meets the portable toilets and bottled water policy cal I ed out i n the pre-appl i cation meeting minutes (PRE18-0182). Per the bottled water policy, this proposed use meets policy exceptions 1,3,4,5 & 6 listed below. 1. The Temporary Construction phase of development will be less than six months. 3. Ten or fewer customers/visitors are proposed to access the site each day after construction. 4. There will be two or fewer full time (40-hour a week) employees located on site after construction. 5. There wi II be four or fewer part time (20-hour week) employees located on site after construction. 6. Employees or contractors are typically on site for less than two consecutive hours a day.
