RE: CANCELLATION OF TAX SALE CERTIFICATE NO. 781 - WINDSOR CIVIC
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, did on December 27, 1978 , abate the taxes for Windsor
Civic Committee on property described as follows :
23381-B Imps only on RR r/w SW4 16 6 67 Windsor, Colorado.
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that there is outstanding
on said property, Tax Sale Certificate No. 781 which should be
cancelled.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Tax Sale Certificate No.
781 be, and hereby is, cancelled.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
January, A.D. , 1979.
