RE: OFFICE SPACE FOR COUNTY ATTORNEY IN THE WALTON BUILDING.
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Reimbursement Program Agreement
has been entered into by and between the Weld County Department
of Social Services and the Weld County Attorney ' s Office for
the provision of legal services by the County Attorney of Weld
County, Colorado to the Department of Social Services of Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that space be made available to
the County Attorney of Weld County, Colorado in the Walton
Building to enable the County Attorney of Weld County, Colorado
to fulfill the duties imposed by the Cooperative Reimbursement
Program Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Attorney of
Weld County, Colorado, be furnished adequate space in the
Walton Building in Greeley, Weld County'> Colorado, which space
shall be adequate for one assistant county attorney and one
secretary and all necessary equipment and furniture.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th
day of July , A.D. , 1976.

Recpiest your "go ahead" for the installation of phones and the setting aside
of office space for an assistant attorney and secretary in the Walton Building.
Phone cost estimate:
Extensions (6 button) $28.30 per month
Installation charge 60.00 (estimate)
We can set aside a room of 125 square feet with open secretarial space in front of
about 60 square feet. No remodeling would be required and the space assignment may
be temporary as the Department may need to sublease and possibly remodel the building
at a future date, depending on State reimbursement policies.
The attorney space would he on the second floor in the northwest corner of the
building.
Please advise.
