Home My WebLink About770792.tiff RESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZATION OF ADVERTISEMENT AND SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOTS 16 and 17 IN BLOCK 10, TOWN OF RAYMER, COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Weld County is the owner of Lots 16 and 17 in Block 10 of the Town of Raymer, County of Weld, upon which property is located a building formerly used to garage a Weld County maintainer at said location, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, upon the recom- mendation of the Weld County Engineer, have determined that Weld County has no further use for the above described property, and that said property should be advertised and sold as provided by law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the property owned by Weld County, Colorado described as Lots 16 and 17, Block 10, Town of Raymer, State of Colorado, be forthwith advertised for sale and the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado is directed to report any bids received for said property to the Board of County Commissioners no later than thirty (30) days following the last publication of notice of sale. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of May, A.D. , 1977.
