RE: Consent to Assign Oil & Gas Lease

To Whom It May Concern:
Aztec Exploration, LLC (Aztec) has executed an Assignment of Oil & Gas Leases, recorded at Reception No.
4390904, whereby they have agreed to sell and assign one hundred percent (100%) of its right, title, and interest
in and to the Oil & Gas Lease recorded at Reception No. 4374288 to Incline Energy, LLC, whose address is 5019
N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75205. Aztec will reserve a 1.50% Overriding Royalty.
Pursuant to the Oil and Gas Lease, your consent is required in order to permit Aztec to convey its interest. Aztec
respectfully requests your consent to sell and assign its interest in the Oil and Gas Lease covering the following
lands:
Township 3 North, Range 68 West, 6th P.M.
Section 9: Lots 2, 4, 18 and 20, Block 7, Town of Mead
Section 9: Lots 7, 9, 17, and 19, Block 9, Town of Mead
Section 9: Lots 10, 12, S/2 of Lot 21, All of Lot 23, Block 10, Town of Mead
Section 9: Lots 6 and 8, Block 11, Town of Mead
Section 9: Lots 2, 4, 6, and 8, Block 12, Town of Mead
Section 9: Lot 9, Block 14, Town of Mead
Section 9: Lots 21 and 23, Block 16, Town of Mead
Section 9: Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22 and 24, Block 22, Town of Mead
