At the hearing for the PUD Change of Zone on January 31st, I noted for the record that this property contains an old Use
by Special Review (USR) permit USR-681 for a single family dwelling on a lot in the Ag Zone District that does not meet
the 80 acre minimum bulk requirement. The USR also covers property to the east of the proposed PUD, however, after
discussion with Bruce, we've determined that the USR has been vacated by operation of law. That's because after the
USR was approved in 1986, the County approved multiple recorded exemptions, which rendered the USR moot, because
RE lots are exempted from the 80 acre bulk requirement.
So the USR no longer exists, and I will work with Planning and GIS to make sure the County's files and GIS map are up to
