RE: APPOINTMENT OF JESSICA REID AS DEPUTY CLERK TO THE BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, due to the interdepartmental transfer of Tisa Juanicorena, a need exists to
appoint another Deputy Clerk to the Board, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-7 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter, it is the
desire of the Board to appoint Jessica Reid as Deputy Clerk to the Board and to terminate the
appointment of Tisa Juanicorena.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jessica Reid be, and hereby is, appointed Deputy Clerk to the Board,
effective December 16, 2018.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board, that the appointment of Tisa Juanicorena,
be, and hereby is, terminated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of December, A.D., 2018, nunc pro tunc December 16, 2018.
