Mr. Kulp stated money behind Mr. CallPhAn'e proposal could not be released for plane until the zoning vas obtained. Mr. Colbahan would like to make it a mobile home subdivision. They would like some indication of the Planning Commissia foaling of the proposal. Mr. Lorenson stated he had told Mr. Callahan if he brought in a concept plan it would be considered but there was no guarantee that they would get approval one way or the other. A concept plan would not be too costly. Mr. Bowles stated he didn't -see any justification for this size development. Mr. Callahan was informed a concept Should be presented for observation.
