2017 Annual Shareholders Meeting
December 15, 2017
NOTICE TO:
Dear Stockholder,
The annual meeting of stockholders for the Lupton Bottoms Ditch Company has been set,
the meeting will be held at the River Garden Winery in Ft Lupton, Colorado, 9490 CR 25 (just
North of Rd 20 on the East side of Rd 25), on Tuesday the 23rd of January 2018. There will be a
meeting of the Lupton Meadows Ditch Company beginning at 3pm and the Lupton Bottom
meeting to begin on adjournment of the Meadows. We will have presenters from Consolidated
ditches to discuss the updated 1940's Agreement with Denver at the Meadows meeting. Due to
the close ties between the companies the Boards of both companies have once again decided to
invite all stockholders to sit in on both meetings, any votes will be by company stockholders
only. There will be a discussion about the River Dam Project and the cost and CWCB loan we
are seeking. We will need a Shareholder Resolution authorizing the Company to enter in to a
loan contract with CWCB knowing there will be special loan assessments for 10 or 11 years. The
meeting shall be for the election of directors and such other business as may properly come
before this meeting. The Board and the Company would like to encourage you as a stockholder
in this company to make every attempt possible to attend and participate. The Board would also
ask that you PLEASE take a moment to fill out the enclosed proxy form and return it, if you are
present your proxy will not be used.
PS: There will be one director position up for election for a 2 -year term. Rich Vidmar is the
incumbent and would like to run again but we are always interested in new applicants for the
position.
