Home My WebLink About20180576.tiffWELD COUNTY COUNCIL RESOLUTION 214 RE: SETTING OF ANNUAL SALARY OF WELD COUNTY SHERIFF FOR YEARS 2019, 2020, 2021 AND 2022 WHEREAS, Section 13-8(1) of the Weld County Home Rule Charter states that the Weld County Council shall set the salaries of all elected officials; and WHEREAS, the Wled County Council, has by unanimous vote, agreed that the salary of the Weld County Sheriff should be as follows: $$160,000 per year for the years 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Weld County Sheriff shall be paid $160,000 per year for the years 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 with said salary to take effect on the first working day of each year. The motion expressed in the above resolution was duly made, seconded and approved by the following vote on the 22nd day of January 2018.
