RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution dated February 2, 1976,
the Board of County Commissioners shall appoint, in addition to
the Affirmative Action Officer for Weld County and the Personnel
Director for Weld County, four (4) department heads to serve on
the Weld County Personnel Committee, and
WHEREAS , it has been determined that it would be in the
best interests of the county and of county employees to appoint the
following officials to serve on the Weld County Personnel Committee,
to-wit:
Herb Hansen, Assessor
Mike Loustalet, Treasurer
Don Bower, Sheriff
S. Lee Shehee, Jr. , Clerk and Recorder
and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution, three (3) employee
representatives from various major departments shall be elected by
the Weld County employees, and
WHEREAS , it has been determined that it would be in the
best interests of the county and of county employees that the three
(3) major departments be designated as follows, to-wit:
Road and Bridge, representative to serve a one year term
Planning Department, representative to serve a two year term
Health Department, representative to serve a three year term
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the four (4) officials
and the three (3) major department representatives, as hereinabove
mentioned, shall serve on the Weld County Personnel Committee, all
in accordance with the resolution dated February 2 , 1976 , heretofore
adopted.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded this 3rd day of May , A. D. , 1976.
