RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Wailes be reappointed to said board
as a Regular Member, with a term to expire July 31, 2021.
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Terry Cross be appointed to said board as an
Associate Member, to replace Jordan Jemiola, with a term to expire July 31, 2021, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gene Stille be appointed to said board as a
Regular At -Large member, to replace Jason Maxey, with a term to expire July 31, 2019, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Michael Wailes, be, and hereby is, reappointed, and that Terry Cross and
Gene Stille, be and hereby are, appointed to the Board of Adjustment, all with terms to expire as
stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of July, A.D., 2018.
