WHEREAS , Weld County is in need of earth material for the
construction of county roads , and
WHEREAS , Owner owns certain land on which there is earth
material suitable for: use in construction of county roads .
' POW , THEREFORE , Owner and Weld County agree that Weld
County may use its equipment to remove the earth material from
Owner ' s land .
Owner and Weld County also agree to the following provisions :

County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, hereinafter referred
to as Weld County.
WHEREAS, Weld County is in need of earth material for the
construction of county roads, and
WHEREAS, Owner owns certain land on which there is earth
material suitable for use in construction of county roads .
NOW, THEREFORE, Owner and Weld County agree that Weld .
County may use its equipment to remove the earth material from
Owner' s land.
Owner. and Weld County also agree to the following provisions :

Pay Item: $0 . 10 per cubic yard of earth material . Quantities
will be based on average truck loads_ The number of truck loads
will be counted and kept track of by the loader operator.
County will pay_ land owner monthly.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION : . Section 28 , Township 7 North , Range 63 West
Weld County Road 662 between Weld County Roads 63 and 65
This agreement will expire December 31, 1978.
