RE : APPROVAL OF THE SUBDIVISION PARK TRUST FUND EXPENDITURES
TO THE TOWN OF EATON, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld
County Home Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and
WHEREAS, following the submission of an application by
the Town of Eaton for assistance in the project known as
the depot site for the park in the Town of Eaton, Weld
County has extended to the Town of Eaton a grant from
Subdivision Park Funds in the amount of $1200 . 00 , and
WHEREAS, after receiving all bids , the Town of Eaton
has informed the Board of County Commissioners that it has
accepted a low bid, and
WHEREAS, the terms agreed upon are as follows :
A. Following completion of the project, the Town of
Eaton must report to Weld County its acceptance of
the materials and project .
B . Such report shall include an accounting of actual
expenses for the project and a request for reim-
bursement of a specific dollar amount .
C . Upon receipt of this report and request for reim-
bursement , the County shall determine the amount
of reimbursement and will make a single payment to
the Town of Eaton.
WHEREAS, it has been further agreed that Weld County
shall reimburse the Town of Eaton during the calendar year
1980 . It is therefore understood and agreed that the project
should be completed and request for reimbursement forwarded
no later than July 1 , 1980 , and
WHEREAS, upon consideration of the aforementioned
request from the Town of Eaton, the Board of County Commissioners
deems it advisable and in the best interest of Weld County
to approve the same in an amount not to exceed $12O0 . 00 to
Eaton through said Subdivision Park Fund.

NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that said Board does hereby approve the
Subdivision Park Fund expenditures to the Town of Eaton,
Weld County, Colorado , as more fully set forth above .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the
19th day of December , A.D . , 1979 .
