RE: DELETION OF IGA EQUIPMENT SOLD OR TRADED IN.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is
vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration, in the course of
updating all fixed asset records in Weld County, has discovered that the
following items have been either sold, traded in, or scrapped:

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, upon examination of the
above items and reasons for deletion, agree that there is good cause to
remove these items from the fixed asset records,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Director of Finance and Administration is hereby
authorized to delete the above equipment items from the fixed asset records
of the IGA Fund, and that the County Engineer is hereby relieved of acounta-
bility for the above items that have either been sold, traded in, or salvaged.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of July, A.D. , 1979.
