RE: APPOINTMENT OF C. WAYNE AND IRIS I . HUGHES AS OPERATORS OF
THE CENTENNIAL DELICATESSEN.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Director of Weld County, Colorado has
studied six different proposals for the operation of the Centen-
nial Delicatessen and has interviewed each of the applicants , and
WHEREAS, Tom Dority, Finance Director of Weld County, Colo-
rado has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners that
C. Wayne and Iris I. Hughes be appointed to operate the Centennial
Delicatessen beginning April 5 , 1978 with operating hours to be
from 7 : 00 o'clock a.m. to 4 :00 o'clock p.m. each county working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that C. Wayne and Iris I .
Hughes are hereby appointed to operate the Centennial Delicatessen.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
April, A.D. , 1978 .
