DCP is currently in the process of contracting with Central Weld County Water District to install a new water
main and water tap to provide drinking water and process water to the proposed Bighorn Gas Plant.
During construction, DCP has contracted with Deep Rock Water Company to supply bottled water for the
construction crews .

Evidence of Adequate Sewage Disposal
DCP will hire a licensed engineering firm ( pre-qualified by Weld County Department of Environmental
Health) to design the on-site wastewater treatment system for the proposed Bighorn Gas Plant.
• During construction, DCP has contracted with S&B Porta,.Bowl to provide portable toilets and hand
washing stations.
