A public hearing was conducted on August 29, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Steve Moreno, Chair - EXCUSED
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem

Commissioner Mike Freeman - EXCUSED

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 20, 2018, and duly published July 25,
2018, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Robert
E. Ehrlich, LLC. Chair Pro-Tem Kirkmeyer instructed the applicant and reviewed for the public,
with two (2) of the five (5) Commissioners being excused, the vote must be unanimous for the
case to be approved. The applicant agreed to proceed. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney,
made the application request a matter of record, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use
by Special Review Permit, USR18 0036, for one (1) Single -Family Dwelling Unit per lot other than
those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A (second single-family dwelling unit) in the A
(Agricultural) Zone District.
Kim Ogle, Department of Planning Services, presented the request for continuance due to
a change of the boundaries for the Recorded Exemption which requires this proposal to be
reprocessed and rescheduled for Planning Commission. He stated the applicant submitted a letter
by electronic mail regarding the aforementioned on July 25, 2018. In response to Commissioner
Cozad, Mr. Ogle stated the case was continued indefinitely at Planning Commission.
IN Flo Lutz represented the applicant and stated she understands the case will go back to
Planning and had no further questions.
le Commissioner Conway moved to refer the request of Robert E. Ehrlich, LLC, for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR18-0036, for one (1)
Single -Family Dwelling Unit per lot other than those permitted under Section 23-3-20.A (second

Services. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Conway, and it carried unanimously. There
being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:28 a.m.
This Certification was approved on the 3rd day of September, 2018.
