RESOLUTION
RE: DECLARATION OF THE JOHNSTOWN SHOP PROPERTY AS BEING SURPLUS
PROPERTY OWNED BY WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that certain property owned
by Weld County, known as the Johnstown Shop property, is no
longer needed for governmental purposes .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners that the Johnstown Shop property, more particularly
described as follows:
Lots 6 , 7 , 8 and 9 , Block 4
Great Western Addition,
Johnstown, Colorado
be, and hereby is , declared to be surplus property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
September, A.D. , 1977.
