Subject : concrete plant
the fact that they are already permitted at their gravel pit and the answer i have received from them for
a change , is flood plain . ok if it is so tragic than why did you give them a permit? the pit they have is a
disaster, now they are dumping old concrete there, boy that looks nice . they haven 't even tryed to work
with neighbors just lip service . that plant is not commercial it' s industrial and any schmuck that plays
semantics with that is what they are. they have vibrators in the towers everybody needs that noise ( lets
beat metal drums next to your house all day long) .the super truckers increase is great them jake brakes
are pure music. i' ve never seen a concrete plant wasn't dusty, dirty, and filled with broken concrete
period, hell they are doing it now at their pit. let' s keep the mess in one place instead of spreading it
across residential & ag, let one in and here you go, no different than well VII say relatives. turn this down
weld county is losing it's beauty ag. thank god for oil and gas and industry but keep it reasonable !

following concerns & comments:
-I am requesting the project be bermed along the west also, not just along the East
South.
-The access ref erred to in the application being in the SW corner of the project, is
actually located on my property. I have not been approached as to granting access
to this project.
