WRITTEN CONCURRENCE BETWEEN
WELD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES
& UNITED WAY OF WELD COUNTY
The Weld County Department of Human Services is contracting with United Way of Weld County,
to implement a child care recruitment and quality care project that will focus on the recruitment
of informal family, friend, and neighbor (FFN), home -based child care providers and increasing
child care quality in all settings.
`The project will span over a three-year period and include a formal marketing campaign and
identified outcomes. The Agreement begins July 1, 2017, and will be completed June 30, 2020.
The total agreement amount is $1,066,645 for the three year period. The agreement was signed
bliothe Weld County Commissioners on August 14, 2017.
This signed document certifies the following parties have reviewed the Planning Period Report
and agreewith the outcomes and measurements stated in report.
