("PDC") all of its right, title and interest in and to the leasehold estates created by the oil and gas leases located in Weld County, Colorado, insofar and only insofar as the leases are described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Leases"). The rights of Lessor may be assigned in whole or in part, however the Leases contain consent to assign provisions whereby the Leases may not be assigned by Lessee in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Lessor.
