I have reviewed the documents on line and my only concern is the possible height of the flare. We live up hill from this site and currently have a great view of the mountain range to the West. The view we have is one of the main reasons we purchased this property and built our home there. I am concerned that a 65 foot flare will certainly be visible from my picture windows at all times of the day and night. This will greatly reduce the quality of our view as well as our property resale values. I would request that this flare be installed at the lowest level possible so that the views from the East will be affected as little as possible. A gas flare similar to what is currently installed on the Sack well, would be preferable. I'm not sure what that gas burner is called, but it looks similar to a large stove pipe and it's height is probably only 15 or 20 feet above the ground. It efficiently burns the gas without creating a large flame. I hope that you will consider the community in the area, as this is a mixed residential / agricultural community with many residences within sight of the proposed location.
