RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING APPEAL OF THE DECISION BY THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO DENY ACCESS PERMIT FOR RECORDED
EXEMPTION, RECX17-0101 - JOHN, JACQUELINE AND TAL SANDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 2-4-10 and 12-5-100 of the Weld County Code, the
Board of County Commissioners considered the appeal of the decision by the Department of
Public Works to deny an Access Permit for Recorded Exemption, RECX17-0101, submitted by
the appellants, John, Jacqueline and Tal Sander, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on August 15, 2018, at which time the
Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to August 27, 2018, at the request of the
appellants, to resolve a scheduling conflict.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that consideration of the appeal of John, Jacqueline and Tal Sander, be, and
hereby is, continued to August 27, 2018, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 15th day of August, A.D., 2018.

Stephanie per our conversation yesterday I only received 2 days' notice of our variance hearing for our driveway. I had
already scheduled a meeting for my work at that time. I have the 27th open and will plan on being at the hearing.
