Thanks for your response. I will have to do some research as our records are showing the one lease no longer active. I do
appreciate your clarification on the wells and calculations. It looks like I have a whole other packet of Division Orders
from Crestone Peak for the Morgan Hills 1C -G wells. Are you able to provide the following for these?
1. The reception numbers, or copy of the lease that shows Weld County's mineral interest.
2. Detailed calculations illustrating how the County's royalty interest was derived.
3. Title opinion pages that refer to Weld County's royalty interest.

I wanted to communicate with the three of you that I audited the two files related to the recently submitted Division
Orders (Reception # 0190473 for 2.88 acres and Reception #3671637 for 0.043 acres), and have found the following:
1) The 1982 Lease Reception #0190473 includes the 0.043 acres listed in the 2010 Lease, Reception #3671637.
2) The Division Orders have been producing on the original lease since 1982. Therefore, the 2010 Lease Reception
#3671637 is not a valid lease. It should not have been leased from the start, as it was already in a lease that was
being held by production.
3) To get this file updated, I need the following items emailed to bring the file up-to-date and to allow processing
of the Division Orders connected to said leases:
® All documentation (i.e. assignments or a bill of sale) illustrating how the original lease to Vessels moved to
Crestone Peak Resources.
Kim ^' thank you for working with me on submitting the Division Orders needed to bring the file current. I will need the
reception numbers or a copy of the lease connected to the division orders, detailed calculations illustrating Weld
County's royalty interest, Title Opinion pages referring to Weld County's royalty interest, and a map of the plat reflecting
the spacing unit (if available).
All - thank you for your time and efforts working with me to bring the file current. Attached are the pending Division
Orders I have been in communication with you on and will hold the processing of these Division Orders until the file
appropriately reflects Crestone Peak Resources as Lease holder.
