RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM HERTNEKY TO BOARD OF
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the term for a certain position on the Board of Retirement will soon expire,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
William Hertneky to said board as a public member — qualified elector, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint William Hertneky to said board,
with a term to expire July 31, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that William Hertneky be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of
Retirement, with a term to expire July 31, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of August, A.D., 2018.
