NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above items are hereby declared surplus property, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Purchasing Agent and County Engineer are hereby authorized to participate with Adams County on October 6, 1979 in the sale of the above surplus property, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk to the Board is hereby authorized to issue a public notice concerning the sale of the above surplus property at the Adams County auction on October 6, 1979 and to specify the exact time and place of the auction, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent and the County Engineer are hereby authorized to make the necessary arrangements with Adams County and the auctioneer in publicizing 7 90 65 8 the auction, transporting the equipment to the auction site and any other administrative matters associated with the sale of the above surplus property.
